Join Central Park Players for a one night special event presentation of LOVE/SICK by John Cariani.
LOVE/SICK is a collection of nine slightly twisted and completely hilarious short plays. Set on a Friday night in an alternate suburban reality, this series explores the pain and the joy that comes with being in love. Full of imperfect lovers and dreamers, LOVE/SICK is an unromantic comedy for the romantic in everyone.
The plays will be presented in 3 acts, with time between for socializing, drinks, and music. Doors open at 6PM and the first 3 plays start at 6:30PM.
This event is to raise funds to support ongoing production costs and the expansion of our education program with monthly workshops for teens and adults.
Central Park Players thanks Central Park Place for the use of the Mackinaw Ballroom to support fundraising efforts for the performance arts, Riley Van Ess for directing this show, and V Lamphere for her graphic design of the event logo.
