Volunteers understand that the information submitted will remain confidential. Volunteers agree to allow board member(s) or their designated proxies from Central Park Players to submit the above information to the Michigan State Police ICHAT (Internet Criminal History Access Tool) and National Sex Offender Public Website for review.
